VG-854 Programmable Video Signal Generator
Supports up to 400 MHz Ultra Broadband, Color Difference and Three-level Signals
VG-854 is the top-of-the-line model in the VG series that is added with new features while maintaining upper compatibility with conventional analog output models, including VG-851 and VG-819. In addition to dot clock covering up to 400 MHz, color difference and three-level sync signals are provided. By using the standard program management software supporting Windows 95/98, timings and patterns can be easily set and registered. Also it is provided with features to allow users to create patterns exactly as desired, and to register natural pictures (bitmap, JPEG) as a pattern. Furthermore, the unit stores more than 100 types of preset timing/pattern data , main signals can be created by using preset timings and/or patterns. With these efficient features, the unit shows its power in development, production, inspection of ultra high definition display units of the next generation, as well as HDTV combined type display units.
