The MSG-2200 is FM-AM Signal Generator (DDS method) especially developed and designed to intend primarily for use in the FM-AM multi-band receivers in the production lines. The carrier frequency range covers a frequency range of 100kHz to 170MHz with AM/FM modulation capability, and the output level can be set in the range of -20dBµ to 126dBµV.
Particular attention has been paid for ease in operation, functionality, stability and economy. The MSG-2200 has a DDS AF oscillator that covers a frequency range of 10Hz to 100kHz, and the frequency settling time is less than 2ms due to the DDS circuits.
With this one instrument, testing operations can be carried out most efficiently and rapidly with application of a microprocessor in control of the many functions.

1. This instrument covers a frequency range of 100kHz to 170MHz, for AM and FM signal suitable for testing  multi-band receivers and also weather band.

 

2. The MSG-2200 has a DDS method to generate RF carrier frequency and also AF oscillator with a frequency  range of 10Hz to 100kHz.

 

3. The frequency settling time is less than 2 ms due to the DDS circuits.

 

4. The RF output level covers a very wide range, -20dBµ to 126dBµV at open circuit and the attenuators are completely non-mechanical (electronic type) with no wear.
